hard to believe but good old deptford is becoming fashionable, with a number of reports on its restaurants (£120 for a meal in D??) in the evening standard  and the guardian, with all the pros and cons of gentrification thrown at us. now that deptford can also claim to host lewisham's only cinema (and my husband loosely involved there), it clearly reaches for the stars...
